Learning Disabilities Mortality Review (LeDeR)


Continuing Health Care and Learning Disability

The Continuing Health Care team works with individuals who have learning disability and complex health conditions to assess whether they are eligible for Continuing Health Care (CHC) NHS funding.

Services for adults with learning disabilities and autism are delivered by a range of learning disability specialist professionals which include:

  • Physiotherapists
  • Psychologists
  • Psychiatrists
  • Speech and Language therapists
  • Registered Learning Disability Nurses

Children's Community Learning Disability and Behaviour Support Service|
Support to understand and meet the health needs of children with learning disabilities, global developmental delay and autism.
