Most of us spend a lot of time at work, and so it’s very important to make sure we are as happy and healthy in the workplace as we can be.

We have interviewed leading national and international experts, covering a wide range of workplace issues, all related to our health and wellbeing. Even if you don’t think you have any problems yourself, our library of over 50 films about keeping well at work, will have information to help you assist friends, colleagues and team members who might be struggling.

There is a wealth of information broken down into coherent, bite sized chunks. Sleep, for example, is something we all do, but we’re not all very good at it. If you haven’t taken the issue of sleep seriously, or accept a poor sleep pattern as inevitable, these films are for you.
