Our North Cumbria Integrated Care Partnership Leaders Board (ICP LB) are held in public (from September 2018 ). The meeting was previously know as the System Leadership Board (SLB). This is where our partners will come together to implement the system-wide vision for North Cumbria Health and Care System.
The ICP LB meets in public on a bi-monthly basis and you are welcome to attend.
If you are attending we would very much appreciate you giving us prior notice at: Corporate.Governance@ncic.nhs.uk to ensure we have enough room at the meeting for members of the public. There will be the opportunity for members of the public to ask questions at the end of part one – as there are at Trust or Governing Body meetings already.
However - please see individual meeting information at this time as a result of changing to details as a result of the covid19 pandemic.
Meeting papers are published on this page.
If you would like to raise a question for the ICP LB you can do so in the following ways:
- Complete a ICP LB meeting question and feedback form at the meeting and hand to relevant member of staff.
- Complete the ICP LB meeting question and feedback form and return to:
North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust
Corporate Governance Team
NHS Parkhouse South
Kingmoor Park
Carlisle
CA6 4SJ - Or email: Corporate.Governance@ncic.nhs.uk We will aim to respond to your query within five working days.
The ICP LB meeting will review and gain assurances from partners on the delivery of supporting strategies, plans, programmes of work and trajectories across health and care.
The chief officers and chairs of the:
- NHS North Cumbria Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)
- North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust (NCIC)
- Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW)
attend and sit on ICP LB with other senior officers and non-exec directors and lay members.
Cumbria County Council has representatives on ICP LB who will be able to inform and influence key decisions, as part of contributing to the plans and strategies to improve the health and wellbeing of our local population. However, the county council’s democratic and governance processes will continue to be followed when taking decisions.
The chairs of the NHS organisations in north Cumbria now each attend Trust board meetings and the CCG Governing Body meeting to enable collaboration and consistency as the integrated health and care partnership develops.
Because of the restrictions in place as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic meetings are being held virtually. Questions can still be submitted as per guidance above.
The agenda and meeting papers are available in the file archive below.
Future meetings will be added here when confirmed.
