There will be no public meeting of the Northern CCG Joint Committee until further notice. This is because we are currently working in development on the change management processes associated with the implementation of the White Paper – ‘Integration and innovation: working together to improve health and social care for all’

The CCG has entered into a Northern CCG Joint Committee to make decisions on subjects recommended to it.  These will be confined to issues that pertain to all CCG areas in Cumbria and the North East initially the commissioning of specialist acute services and ‘111’ services.

Where appropriate, meetings will be held in public and members of the public will be welcome to attend to observe the Joint Committee at work.


The next meeting of the Northern CCG Joint Committee will be taking place on Thursday 11th March 2021

Because of challenges associated with Covid-19, the Committee is unable to meet in public and will be conducting its business virtually. A recording of the meeting will be made available on CCG websites following the meeting.
