While our NHS teams are responding to the COVID-19 challenges you can expect:

The CCG's main office will not be open to the public – but will continue to receive mail

Responses to email and postal enquiries may take longer than usual

NHS North Cumbria CCG phone lines will only be manned between 10am-4pm Monday to Friday, and may be monitored remotely, meaning we may not be able to deal with your query immediately and someone may have to call you back

We hope you understand the importance of refocusing our priorities at this challenging time.

Call NHS 111 if you urgently need medical help or advice but it's not a life-threatening situation.
Call 999 if it’s an emergency.
