Read more about the General Practice Provider Collaborative (GPPC) here.
The GPPC brings providers together to support the delivery of better, safer and more sustainable care and giving General Practice a collective voice within the
North Cumbria Integrated Care Partnership.
There are 35 GP member practices in north Cumbria.
Please select the dropdown below for practice lists.
They have been divided into their 8 Primary Care Networks (PCNs).
Primary care networks (PCNs) are GP practices working together with community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital and voluntary services in their local areas.
They build on existing primary care services and enable greater provision of proactive, personalised, coordinated and more integrated health and social care for people close to home. Clinicians describe this as a change from reactively providing appointments to proactively caring for the people and communities they serve. More on PCNs here.
